• Floor Plans & Images: When you upload a floor plan or PDF into the Guru Kotha Pro tool, it is processed locally within your web browser. We do not upload, transmit, or store your floor plans on our servers.
• PDF Reports: All Vastu analysis reports and PDFs are generated directly on your device. We have zero access to the reports you create or the client data you input into the tool.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the following business purposes:

• To verify your payment and activate your software subscription.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries via WhatsApp or Email.

Payments are securely processed through third-party UPI applications (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, or BHIM).
