Welcome to Guru Kotha Pro. By accessing or using our Vastu Astro Tool, software, and PDF generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and consultants who purchase a subscription plan.

Access to the Guru Kotha Pro tool is provided on a subscription basis (1, 2, or 3-year plans).

• Payment: Payments are made via UPI/QR code as displayed on the official website.
• Manual Activation: After payment, you must send a screenshot to our official WhatsApp number (+91 62958 07965).
• Processing Time: Account activation typically occurs within 24 hours of payment verification.
• License: Your subscription is for a single user. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Subscribers are granted the right to generate “Unlimited” PDF reports during their active subscription period.

• Fair Use: “Unlimited” is subject to fair human use. Automated scraping, bot-generated downloads, or any attempt to stress the server via scripts is prohibited.
• Commercial Use: Consultants are permitted to brand these reports and provide them to their paying clients. However, you may not resell the software access itself.

• We do not offer refunds once the tool access has been granted to your account.
• Users are encouraged to review the feature list and demo materials (if available) before making a purchase.
• In case of double payment or technical failure during transaction, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Vastu and Astrology are subjects of faith and ancient calculation.

• The reports generated are for educational and consultation assistance purposes only.
• Guru Kotha Pro does not guarantee specific life results, financial gains, or health improvements.
• The tool should not be treated as a replacement for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

The software, design, algorithm, 45 Devta maps, and the unique 16-zone calculation engine are the intellectual property of Guru Kotha Pro. Any attempt to reverse engineer, copy the source code, or bypass the “Anti-Inspect” security measures will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund and potential legal action.

We continuously improve our tool. Subscribed users will receive all software updates, new feature additions, and problem category expansions for free during their active subscription period.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
